By accessing or using NOC Check ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operators of NOC Check.
NOC Check is a reference tool that provides permit jurisdiction data, Notice of Commencement (NOC) threshold information, and Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) details for roofing and construction contractors operating in Florida. The Service is intended for licensed contractors and construction professionals.
All data provided by NOC Check is for informational and reference purposes only. NOC Check makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the jurisdiction data, NOC thresholds, permit portal links, or any other information presented.
You are solely responsible for verifying all permit requirements, NOC thresholds, and AHJ information with the relevant authority before commencing any work. Permit requirements change frequently. NOC Check is not a substitute for direct confirmation with the issuing authority.
Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, contracting, licensing, or regulatory advice. NOC Check is a data reference tool only. Consult the applicable building department, a licensed attorney, or a qualified professional for guidance specific to your project.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes in connection with your licensed contracting business. You agree not to:
Access to NOC Check may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in writing.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The Service, including its software, design, and compiled data, is owned by NOC Check and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Public data sourced from government entities remains in the public domain; however, our compilation, formatting, and presentation of that data is proprietary.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE CURRENT OR ACCURATE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOC CHECK AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES ARISING FROM RELIANCE ON PERMIT DATA, FAILED INSPECTIONS, OR NOC FILING ERRORS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOC Check and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid subscription fees.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
